I’ve sought to synthesize the insights I’ve gathered into practical frameworks for building a long, healthy, and fulfilling life, and Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity is the result of that effort. This will be the one book I write in my life, and my hope is that you may find as much value in reading it as I have found in learning and assimilating the volumes of information that make it up.
