Let me share with you my personal weight loss journey experience when I was in lockdown, I used to eat takeaways nearly every day, and it resulted in an accumulation of fat, especially around my belly.
I think this was the biggest I have ever been since childhood. I always used to be chubby growing up, and that's one of the reasons why I chose to pursue and become a fitness trainer and swimming coach as a career.
