Decadent, sweet, velvety & tart, melt-in-your-mouth Raspberry & White Chocolate Mud cake!

Ingredients for my Raspberry & White Chocolate Mud cake :
250g butter
400g castor (superfine) sugar
150g white chocolate
1 cup milk
225g plain flour
85g self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 tspn vanilla extract
3/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
This fills 1 x 8" round cake pan to get a 2" tall cake [I used a double quantity to make 3 x 1.5" tall 8" round cakes, I do this when I want to stack a cake to make it taller like I did in my Semi-Rustic Naked Wedding Cake tutorial]
