And finally the Holi Festival of Colors comes to a close on Wednesday after three days of celebrations by Hindus around the world.
The event celebrates the arrival of Spring and sees revelers dance through streets and throw colored dye at each other.
This year has seen celebrations across India, Nepal, Pakistan and other parts of the world return in full swing following two years of limited festivities due to COVID-19.
Much like Diwali the centuries-old Holi festival also has its roots in Indian mythology and signifies the triumph of good over evil.
