Today's 25 min gentle seated yoga practice for hips features flexibility stretches as well as strengthening moves to get your hips as healthy as possible while remaining in a sitting position. Feel free to sit on a cushion or yoga block if you'd like a little more support. We'll explore hip openers and work on the hip flexors, hip rotators and inner hips. If you want more open hips, this will be a great at home yoga class for you!
These poses are beginner friendly and even though they are all done sitting down, we'll be able to stretch and target every area of the hip.
