Takedown defense, open hand palm strikes, and conditioning exercises were the focus of our first session where Joe Joe and I trained for a street fight #selfdefense situation.
DISCLAIMER: Fighting is not cool, and it should ONLY be done in self defense (and sport). Avoid a fist fight at all costs.
There is no such thing as a “planned street fight” — because that means it can be avoided.
But in the event that a fight cannot be avoided — like a violent attack on the street — it is imperative that you train your mind & body to be as tough as possible. The following exercises will help achieve that...
