Great all time passing and conditioning Basketball Drill. Also known as "Three Man Weave".
3 MAN FIGURE 8
Purpose
To improve collective focus and concentration in practice and to gain proficiency in passing, catching, and
finishing on the move.
Procedure
Players will group themselves in lines of 3 on the baselines. One group will begin the drill by running the figure 8
to the opposite baseline. Players will work to execute the following maneuvers:
Regular
Regular bounce pass
Regular ball in the air
Tight
Tight bounce pass
Tight ball in the air
Touch the sideline -bounce pass
Touch the sideline
Emphasis
Players must pass and catch with both hands.
