This video is the first of 2 videos. The 2 videos will show you how to calibrate a TIME5100 TH170 handheld portable Leeb's rebound hardness tester. We use two blocks: one is 23.3 HRC, the other is 57 HRC. It is better if you have blocks of different hardness ranges (low hardness around 20 HRC, medium hardness around 40 HRC, high hardness around 58 HRC) during calibration so the tester will be accurate on all ranges after calibration.
