Welcome to your fall equinox yoga practice!
The fall equinox marks a change in seasons, as we move toward colder, darker days.
This is the time to check in with how this year has gone, and to decide how we would like to finish out the remainder of the year.
This is also a time to find balance. The word equinox comes from the Latin for “equal night” – during the Fall Equinox we experience equal amounts of night and day: 12 hours each.
We experience a sense of cosmic balance, and in this practice, I invite you to find that sense of balance, both on your mat, and within.

And as you consider how you would like to finish out the rest of this year, ask yourself if you would like to do so from a place of intention and mindfulness.
If the answer is yes, don’t forget to join our community in the FREE 7-day morning yoga challenge! Sign up here: [ Ссылка ]
