Recipe Ingredients:

potato 2large
peel the skin off
cut into large dices
water as required
salt 1tsp
let it boil until fork tender
strain well
sieve through a siever
beetroot 2 large
cut the heads
peel the skin off
water as required
let it boil
garlic 3cloves
olive oil 4tbsp
blend into a smooth paste
butter 2tbsp
let it melts
milk 1cup
cook until milk is warm
pour the mixture gradually
mix well until its creamy
add the beet root mixture
garnish with feta cheese
cilantro
butter
