👉It’s the pelvic tilt that matters most with this stretch! If you don’t tilt your pelvis out behind you, the stretch just won’t be that effective. In fact, the moment you tilt your pelvis, you’ll probably feel the stretch deeply and won’t even need to lean forward at all. 👌
