Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health, demonstrates how to loosen and increase mobility of your chest muscles (pectoralis major, pectoralis minor).
Tight chest muscles will cause your shoulders to roll forward. This will often lead to anterior shoulder pain and or pain in your upper and mid back. Dr. Joe demonstrates how to perform fascial release to your pectoralis major and pectoralis minor muscles to prevent this. With consistent fascial release work on your chest muscles, you can increase your chest mobility and shoulder range of motion. This will improve your ability to train.
