I bought a Singer Inspiration model 4228 sewing machine and it worked for a while until I heard a Loud Snap!. After going to the owner's manual there was no information on this subject. So i finally figured out I had a broken Apollo Bobbin Case, don't worry, it's an easy DIY fix. I'm pretty handy and it's not a computer sewing machine so I figured it's something I can replace. I didn't want to spend $100 to have a technician look at it because nowadays anything they look at nowadays is going to cost you a hundred bucks. It's not very hard, even you can do this repair.
