Sky News host Rowan Dean says the Ukraine Ministry of Defence has “held its own parody Oscars” by releasing the “seven best video moments of the war so far”.
The fake awards included “best picture for a burning Russian warship after it was struck by a ballistic missile in the Black Sea … and footage of Ukrainian tractors towing away Russian tanks were awarded best-supporting actors in the country's war effort,” he said.
“War is no laughing matter and people getting killed is nothing to joke about. But for a piece of wartime propaganda, this is pretty good.”
