Exploring one of the lesser known (and lesser accessible) coves along the stretch of coast between Mevagissey and St Austell.

Admittedly this was filmed on one of the most beautiful days of the summer, but the beach really has an air of the Mediterranean to it with its crystal clear water and pale shingly sand.

As you can see the access might prove challenging for some. Right at the start of the video you might be able to catch the noises of a child refusing to go up any more steps!
When I headed down the steps I was busy filming, however, on the way back up I had plenty of time to consider just how the metal steps were precariously attached to the face of the cliff!
