This week I am taking a look at the latest research into the Vagus Nerve and post Covid symptoms. It has long been assumed that Covid is directly attacking the nervous system, but we can now also see how it is impacting the Vagus Nerve. The Vagus Nerve and low vagal tone are good indicators of potential autoimmune issues. Research is now pointing to the Vagus Nerve as a pathway to recovery for long covid sufferers.
I am not making a case for this being the only pathway, but I do know that these simple practices can enhance your sense of well-being and happiness.
We will be combining ancient eastern approaches with modern neuroscience to ease trick the nervous system into accepting a new perspective on the event you are worried about.
