The NASCAR Cup Series new Next Gen car has been a success in many ways, the racing product leads all aspects. Unfortunately where the Next Gen falls short is in the most important aspect, safety. All season drivers have expressed concern and pain due to the heavy impacts that they continue to endure. Now fans have started to raise more questions as the drivers have been but still there is no good explanation or plan to fix it from NASCAR. NASCAR needs to fix the Next Gen’s safety problems.
