VIDEO DESCRIPTION - This is a time-lapsed version on how to draw and paint this celebratory holiday inspired image of "POPPING THE BUBBLY" with acrylic paint. You can watch the full-length version here: [ Ссылка ]
You'll learn simple drawing and painting techniques that will help you to create this explosive realistic still life painting with a champagne bottle being cracked open that has the sparkling wine and cork shooting out of it, creating a firework type sparkler affect. This exciting image can be seen as a symbol of the New Year and the fun adventurous times in front of us. Surrounded by the glow of the spritz, the green glass bottle will glimmer with reflections, and the wrapper will have texture and shine with its metallic finish and ripped edges. You'll learn how to draw the vessel and topper with proper proportions allowing them to have a believable shape. You'll learn to create dimension in the form of the glass and cork with a simple layering and stippling technique to create contour highlights and shadows that will define the small details, which will give the image a realistic 3d quality like a photograph. You'll also learn how to create a dramatic luminescent background using translucent, or transparent, colors and a scrubbing, or scumbling technique creating a kaleidoscope of natural illuminated hues with soft gradient colors. When painting the effervescent liquid, you'll learn to use a layering technique with carefree brushstrokes to create texture and dimension. Use your imagination and customize this to resemble your favorite beverage, such as beer, sparkling water, or soda pop, perhaps you could also change the colors, or put a set of flute glasses, or a cute gnome or other character riding on the cork being shot into the New Year, or maybe you customize the label with letters and a brand name or logo on it. The point is to just have fun with it! With the look and feel of a real celebration, you'll be able to paint this image that will be a little magical and realistic at the same time, making for a beautiful painting to decorate your home with. You'll have fun painting it and learn some valuable lessons along the way that you can utilize in future work. Let it symbolize new beginnings and the cleansing of life... say goodbye to the old, and hello to the new. Using only 3 brushes and 5 colors we'll create this conversational masterpiece with a sparkling atmosphere and a beautifully captivating still life creation, that is not staying so still. So, let's get painting and let's get sipping!
