Healthy Strawberry Banana Yogurt Bark😍

This makes about 2 servings:
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml / about 250g)
2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, sliced
8 strawberries, sliced
2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, melted

1. Mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter and vanilla extract together
2. Place the banana and strawberry slices onto a cutting board lined with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture on top
3. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate on top, optional: use a cocktail stick to make the swirl
4. Let set in the freezer for a couple of hours
5. Cut into a pieces and enjoy!
6. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer. Let defrost for about 10 minutes before serving
