This is a DRILL, it isn't how we actually throw, except in judo training mode.
It is how we learn to attack with this. The steps differ on the situation of the actual usage, sideways forwards and back, or angled all have their own specialist step patterns that need muscle memory training. The is just the base pattern with static partner. When opponent advances forwards its actually easier to throw.
