Dell doesn't ship the Inspiron 5502 laptop with the bracket needed to install a NVMe SSD in the extra slot. It's also been tough to get this part from Dell. You can now get the correct bracket and screws from Amazon. This video shows the process to install the SSD and a heatsink to keep it cooler.
