The European project W.E.District aims to integrate multiple sources of #renewableenergy and #excessheat at three demonstration sites under different climatic conditions across Europe to showcase solutions for 100% fossil free district heating and cooling systems.
The video shows the new demo site at the University Politehnica of Bucharest where a section of the district heating system has been retrofitted with a combination of many different renewable energy technologies - making it transferable to many real-live situations.
