How to do a One Arm Invert on the Pole Tutorial. Ready for a challenging invert variation? When judging pole competitions and watching performances I always appreciate the tricks and transitions that are not predictable such as this one. You don't see the invert coming adding an element of surprise. You should have a strong aerial invert for this one and it works best on static pole. I really like taking this invert directly into a no handed jade because the transition is so smooth but what other transitions do you find work smoothly from this invert variation?
