✨Do you ever feel like your kettlebell swings are “off” but just can’t put your finger on it?✨
It’s easy to pick out the “back over arching” or “front raising the KB”.
Maybe it’s a “timing” issue! I’ve found this to be the #1 missed cause to poorly executed swings in my years of coaching others!
In other words, as soon as the KB begins to drop, you begin to break at your hips (flexion) too soon. This slows down the bell and makes it harder to swing it back up!
Coaching Tip: (per video) Stand tall and hold off from bending your hips until the KB passes your belly button. A lot of coaches say “play 🐓with the bell”
