Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Cajun Garlic Seasoning:
-Onion powder 1 tbs
-Cayenne powder ½ tbs
-Dried oregano 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried rosemary 1 & ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Dried basil 1 & ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tbs
-Dried parsley 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Chicken drumsticks 8
-Water 3-4 Cups or as required
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Water as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup or as required
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ¼ Cup
-Water as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Creamy Garlic Sauce:
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 4 tbs (80g)
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Olper’s cream ½ Cup
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Olper’s cream
-Fresh parsley chopped

Directions:
Prepare Cajun Garlic Seasoning:
-In a jar,add onion powder,cayenne powder,dried oregano,pink salt,dried rosemary,garlic powder, paprika powder,dried basil,chicken powder,black pepper powder,dried parsley,red chilli crushed, close the lid & shake well.Cajun garlic seasoning is ready!
-Make a deep cut in the center of chicken drumsticks vertically & open it like a butterfly.
-In a bowl,add chicken drumsticks,water,pink salt,vinegar & stir well,cover & marinate for 30-40 minutes then strain,pat dry & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,rice flour,2 tbs of prepared cajun garlic seasoning & mix well.
-Coat chicken drumstick with flour mixture then dip into water & again coat with flour mixture.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & deep fry on low flame from both sides until golden & crispy.
Prepare Creamy Garlic Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Turn off the flame,add 2 tbs of prepared cajun garlic seasoning,cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add water,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.
-Brush prepared creamy garlic sauce on both sides of fried chicken drumstick.
-Garnish with cream,fresh parsley & serve!

-Jar mein onion powder,cayenne powder,dried oregano,pink salt,dried rosemary,lehsan powder, paprika powder,dried basil,chicken powder,kali mirch powder,dried parsley aur lal mirch crushed dal ker lid ko close karein aur ache tarhan shake ker lein.Cajun garlic seasoning tayyar hai.
-Chicken drumsticks ko vertically center sa cut karein aur butterfly ki shape bana lein.
-Bowl mein chicken drumsticks,pani,pink salt aur sirka dal ker stir karein aur dhak ker 30-40 minutes kliya marinate ker lein phir strain ker ka pat dry karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,chawal ka atta aur 2 tbs tayyar cajun garlic seasoning dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken drumstick ko flour mixture mein coat karein phir pani mein dip karein aur dubara flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak deep fry ker lein.
Prepare Creamy Garlic Sauce:
-Saucepan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté karein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,2 tbs tayyar cajun garlic seasoning aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Tayyar creamy garlic sauce ko fried chicken drumstick ki dono sides per laga lein.
-Cream aur fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
