These sauteed mushrooms are so easy to make and so tasty!! They are absolutely delicious and full of flavor. It's the last 2 ingredients that take these mushrooms to the next level. Enjoy.

Sauteed mushrooms
Ingredients
• 227 grams (8 oz) mushrooms
• 2 TBSP EVOO (extra Virgin Olive Oil)
• 2 TBSP Butter
• ¼ cup Dry White Wine
• Balsamic Glaze – enough to drizzle
•
Process
• Wash mushrooms and cut them in half
• In a frying pan, add the EVOO and Butter – heat on med heat till butter melts
• Add mushrooms and toss to coat them in the EVOO/Butter
• Cook on medium heat, tossing/stirring every 2 – 3 minutes and continue to cook on medium heat until mushrooms begin to brown.
• Add the wine, toss to coat
• Continue to cook until all the wine has dissipated (3 – 5 minutes)
• Drizzle Balsamic Glaze over the mushrooms, toss to coat and cook for 30 seconds
• Remove from pan and enjoy 😊
