Hip pain, like all pain, is an annoying thing and can lead to movement restrictions of varying degrees. If they persist over a long period of time and are not treated, they can lead to serious problems. But there is help available!
In this video pain specialist Roland Liebscher-Bracht shows you his best hip pain exercises / hip stretches. There is a fascia roller massage, a light osteopressure exercise and a hip stretching exercise. Already with the first run of the hip exercises you will notice how the hip pain decreases.
For the fascia roller massage you will need a little foam ball. If you don't already have one, you can also use a small toy ball or tennis ball, for example.
Roland also shows his all-time favorite combination of hip exercises for hip pain.
If you want to dissolve the hip pain in both hips and make your hips supple again, you only need to do 2 hip exercises / hip stretches to have 4 effects.
Roland's recommendation: even if you only have hip pain problems on one side, treat both sides of your hips equally.
