Ingredients
Dry
-100g. Cake Flour
-1 Small Pinch Sea Salt
Wet
-100g. Unsalted Butter Melted
-100g. Milk
~120g. Egg Yolks
-8g. Vanilla Extract
Meringue
~180g. Egg Whites
-100g. Sugar
Bake 300°F (149°C) for 50 - 60 mins in a water bath.
