Maybe the most powerful drill for your shoulders you haven’t done…
We lean on our shoulders a lot… and yes, sometimes very literally. Which is why it can be so limiting and frustrating to have shoulder pain or range of motion issues.
This week’s blog focuses again on the shoulder complex. It is a bit old school and biomechanical, but it’s always about results and finding the right drill for whatever issue you have or gains you want.
As is so often the case, doing this one drill may benefit you in various and sometimes surprising ways, such as scapula mobility, spinal comfort, and grip strength.
Use the progressions and regressions as necessary for you personally and tell us about your results or if you have any questions.
We look forward to hearing from you!
P.S. If you are limited by your space and can’t think of how to get this drill done (or any drills from our blogs for that matter) let us know and we’ll brainstorm with you.
Video Highlights:
- Shoulders need space and relaxation.
- Shoulder, spine, scapula & grip benefits.
