ठंडी ठंडी शिकंजी बनाने का आसान तरीका।
Ingredients:
Chilled water: 250ml
Black salt: 1/4 tspn
Salt : 1/4 tspn
Roasted cumin powder: 1/4 tspn
Lemon: 1/2 piece
Mint leaves (crushed) 1/4 cup
Sugar: 3 tspn
Jaljira powder: 1/4 tspn
Ice cube: 4
This ingredients are for 1 person. If you want to make chilled shikanji for 2 persons, then you need to double each quantity of ingredients for 2 person.
