Warm Up
Triset ONE
1. Goblet squat 55lb/25kg (my dumbbell weights for reference only)
2. Close grip row 40lb/18kg
3. Single arm tricep extension 15lb/6.5kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat
Triset TWO
1. Alternating chest press 20lb/9kg
2. Rear delt fly 10lb/4.5kg
3. Narrow curl 20lb/9kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat
Cool down stretch
