Recipe for Tomato Sesame Chutney: Tomato Nuvvula Pachadi is a fiery chutney in the Andhra tradition made with tomatoes, it sesame seeds, Curdand green chilies. Although I would have preferred to publish a video recipe for tomato sesame chutney, I could get away with only using a step-by-step process. Idli, dosa, and curd rice all go well with this tomato chutney made in the Andhra region of India. The one I prepared is not overly spicy, but you can up the chili content to make it hotter.
Recipe for tomato sesame chutney: Ingredients
500g of tomatoes
6 to 8 green chilli
Garlic 6 to 8 cloves
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Salt as needed
Pressed wood 2 tablespoons of oil
Curd 2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Zeera 1/2 tsp
Methi Seeds1/2 tsp
Astophodia squeeze
Curry leaves just half a teaspoon of turmeric
