Part of my "Teaching Academic Writing With Film Clips" series, this educational video teaches the basics of including evidence/quotes in an argumentative essay. Students will examine how to provide background information, introduce the quote, analyze the evidence and explain how it supports their thesis. This video is intended to help satisfy the English Language Arts standards of upper middle and high school grades.
The information used contains clips from Marvel's Avengers: Endgame (2019) and an interview with Kevin Feige performed by the @New York Film Academy that can be found here: [ Ссылка ] (beginning at minute 38:00)
