ACT Opposition Leader Elizabeth Lee says “almost 40,000 people” live in poverty within Canberra, and governments at all levels must ensure cost-of-living is a priority.

“While, of course this is a national crisis, governments at all levels have a role to play,” Ms Lee told Sky News host Erin Molan.
