WOOP WOOP HAPPY FRI-YAY! Grab your dumbbells, it's total body strength day and we are going to start and finish with cardio! The goal here is for you to focus on INTENSITY. This means really pushing yourself on the weights you use and the speed at which you execute your cardio! Intense means ALL OUT!
I used 15, 20, and 30 lb dumbbells. We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds and also circuits of 20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest, so I need you to crank up the intensity and let's get to work! Let's work hard together!
