Yoga Exercises with Seated Upright Hand to Foot and Half Upright Seated Angle Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing an "easy" pose. I will do some simple exercises to get you started. From there, I will do a "seated upright hand to foot" pose. This exercise will stretch your legs. Next, I will do a variation of the "half upright seated angle" pose. I will stretch out my legs in this exercise. The next exercise, I will do an "extended puppy" pose. This will stretch your back. Always remember to do proper breathing techniques while doing your exercises.
