Dramatic footage captured a running battle that erupted in Glasgow ahead of the top-of-the-table Old Firm clash at Celtic Park tonight.
Obtained by the Daily Record, it shows groups of revellers fighting outside a pub in Duke Street in the city's Dennistoun district shortly before 7pm on Wednesday.
The trouble flared around less than a mile away from Parkhead, where Celtic are hosting bitter city rivals Rangers in a crunch match.
As police sirens wail, punters can be seen pouring out of the Alexandra Bar and spilling down towards a neighbouring pub, The Crown Creighton.
Shouts and screams can be heard as droves of police officers scramble out of vans and pull thugs apart in the street, as people stream around the corner onto Cumbernauld Road.
Smashed glass is also heard in the shameful clip shared with the Daily Record by a concerned resident.
No reports of injuries or arrests have been made at this stage and the exact circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown.
It is the first midweek showdown between the Scottish Premiership giants in 11 years, with the last one the infamous 'Shame Game'.
