Follow along with this 20 minute full body strength and cardio dumbbell workout is going to take your workouts to the next level!
This workout will build your cardio and muscular endurance so you can get stronger and kick your workouts up a notch!
This full body workout is structured with 3 rounds repeated twice. There are 4 exercises in each round, 2 strength and 2 cardio, 40 seconds each. The exercises are superset, so no rest in between exercises, but at the end of each round we will get 30 seconds to recover!
I will offer low impact options when that is available, so make any modifications needed, listen to your body and take extra recovery when necessary, and most importantly make it count! This is your time!
We only have 20 minutes for this workout so challenge yourself and kick some butt!
