This is a fun but very challenging shoulder mount transition. Starting with a phoenix like spin and transitioning to a shoulder mount while on the fly. Regardless of your current shoulder mount abilities you can start working on the spin part if you are comfortable with one arm spins. To take this transition to the shoulder mount you will need a solid shoulder mount from the ground if not an aerial shoulder mount. The centripetal force of the spin makes the shoulder mount more challenging and requires more strength than a standard, static shoulder mount.
