Full body stretching
I will begin by starting in "the cow" pose. I will do some stretching. From there, I will go into an "upward facing dog" pose. Again, I will do stretching. These stretches will benefit your back. The next pose will be "the cat". Here, I will arch my back. This stretching will help with your torso. Next, I will go into the "dolphin" pose. This stretching will benefit the back and legs. The next exercise is for the advanced level. By bending down and leaning forward, this stretching will help your legs and buttocks. Stretch as far as you can. If you cannot do it the way I do it in the video, no worries, work at your own pace. Finally, you want to do cool down stretches to relax your body after a workout.
