In this episode I head offshore planer trolling a bucktail jig with the "Fish Slayer" and we catch a nice Barracuda, perfect size for bringing home. I then go over in detail how to properly clean and process this fish without butchering it. Then for the finale, I give to you my secret recipe for one of my favorite seafood dishes... Pan Seared Barracuda with Hong Kong Sauce... The outcome is most definitely gonna make you hungry. I promise.
