▼Ingredients for 1
150g Sliced pork
100g Onion
150g Rice
Salt
Oil
Chopped leeks

【Sauce】
1/2tbsp Miso
1/2tbsp Sugar
1tbsp Soy sauce
2tbsp Water
1/2tsp Garlic


▼How to cook
⑴Cut onion, pork into bite-sized pieces
⑵Add oil in the pan, Stir-fry onion for 3 min (Sprinkle salt)
⑶Add pork, Fry until whitish
⑷Add sauce, Cook for 1 min
⑸Put it on top of the rice, Enjoy!
