This playful yet challenging class combines yoga with barre exercises to help tone, strengthen, and lengthen the body. I have added a few cardio bursts throughout this class that will help build up a nice sweat and bring a fun contrast to the more static barre movements. This class is not easy, but will be well worth the work.
Have fun and as always please consult with a physician before taking class, especially if you are working with injuries.
