Here’s my 7 success principles to making $250k and making sure you follow through on the process until the goal is achieved ::
1) Game - have fun and watch the process work more easy and with less stress
2) Enthusiastic - people will choose you over most other agents because they see you like and enjoy what you do
3) Determination - you have to commit to the plan and hone in on your skills every single day
4) Market Knowledge - you don’t need to know everything, but you need to know about who else is selling homes in the neighborhood and deliver on the leading market statistics
5) Research - you want to know everything you can about the person you’re going to meet on each and every listing appointment
6) Confidence - this is arguably my number 1 factor that has lead me to accomplishing my $250k goal on a zero budget
7) Perseverance - getting 9 NOs means you’re that much closer to getting a YES and we need to keep in mind that this is a numbers game
