This was the first match for both teams in the 2024/2025 UEFA Nations League. England ran out with 2-0 Winners with Declan Rice and Jack Grealish scoring for England. England will face Finland in the next match while Republic of Ireland will face Greece. It was a great day for the game with amazing atmosphere produced from both supporters. The top two teams will qualify in the next round and will contest in the Quarter Final in March 2025. The winners of the Quarter Finals will then compete for the Nations League Finals in June 2025.
