If so, let me tell you that all of these emotionally immature behaviors are blackmail. In the world of psychology...emotional blackmail.
Narcissists love to engage other family members in this kind of "back-and-forth" shifting of power within a family.
Narcissistic family also aims to keep you bound by setting expectations that may be too high and too difficult to manage.
In this video, I discuss how emotional blackmail can impact you emotionally and psychologically.
