This is another one of my healthy and natural, home remedies. #soursop #tea . Soursop leaves tea. I like to drink it before I go to bed. It's my favorite bedtime tea. It helps to relieve stress, relaxes and helps me to get a good night's sleep. Sleep aid. Soursop leaf tea.
This is how I make my soursop leaf tea:
1. boil the water
2. add the soursop leaves to the boiling water
3. cover it and allow it to continue boiling for 15 minutes on medium heat
4. then turn off the stove and keep it covered for 15 minutes before drinking.
You can drink it warm or cold. So, let it cool down for as long as you need it to be.
* I used dried soursop leaves.
