In this video Dr. Henry goes over how to release tight forearms. The muscles that extend our wrist are on the back side of the forearm and we can release them in just a few easy steps:
1) Shorten the muscles on the back of the forearm by extending through the wrist.
2) Taking your thumb, push into your forearm gently and then pull slight traction toward your elbow.
3) While maintaining that tension with your thumb, flex your wrist.
You should feel a gentle stretch on the back side of the forearm. I personally like to work my way from about halfway down my forearm and then work my way toward the elbow.
