Hi guys! Welcome back to my channel! In this video I will show you how to make my slow cooked ribs. It's sweet, spicy and sticky! Super easy and delicious. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.
🌺 Ingredients:
Half-full rack of Spare ribs
1/2 tsp salt and black pepper for ribs
Bake in the oven at 300 F for 2 hours or until tender/ fall off the bone
After tender,
Brush sauce on ribs and place it in the oven on BROIL. Broil the ribs until sauce is carmelized. Repeat steps for the other side of the ribs.
🌺 Sauce:
2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce or honey
2 tbs of korean hot pepper paste (Gochujang)
2 garlic cloves
1/2-1 tsp of ginger grated
