Oldies but goldies!
I know, the series has aired a while ago but the production of this one is still beautiful. I love the camera angles and the color choices of the show. Also the costumes looked extremely good except for the Vilian. The story itself was very scattered and I don't really understand how the main character has become the ruler now!
But thanks to the Youtube comments I learned that the original novel of Bloody Romance has a happy ending. Wan Mei finds Chang An with the help of her fan, where the coordinates are written on it. There Chang is waiting for her. It's so romantic. And of course the series doesn't show it. Because the basic principle of chinese, historical series: Sad endings, that is the spirit!
